The work, life and legacy of Nikola Tesla has forever changed life on earth. From the advent of alternating current to the induction motor, x-ray and radio, his inventions have greatly influenced the course of human history. Presently Tesla has been a beacon for some of the most groundbreaking research around the world. His new popularity inspires people of all ages to investigate the historical prevalence of his devices leading to breakthrough research in countless fields such as medical, technology, energy and many more.
To address this ever-expanding knowledge base of Tesla related research, the memorial conference “Tesla: Past Present Future” will be held on January 10th and 11th in Manhattan, New York at the New Yorker Hotel. The program is being organized by the Tesla Science Foundation in cooperation with the Tesla Museum of Belgrade, the Tesla Memorial Society, and the Tesla Science Center at Wardenclyffe. There will be published proceedings and the conference will be summarized in Tesla Magazine.
I would like to share some great news with you. I am pleased to announce that as of July 10th, 2013, the Tesla Science Foundation has entered into a partnership with the Nikola Tesla Museum of Belgrade to highlight the life and works of the famed inventor across the United States and Canada. The Tesla’s traveling exhibit titled “Tesla’s Wonderful World of Electricity,” is currently on display at the New York Hall of Science.
This October, our organization will officially take the exhibit on the road, and we hope to make it a part of prestigious museums and universities. At the close of each exhibit, the Tesla Science Foundation will host a conference titled “Tesla: Past, Present and the Future”.Read more: Announcing the Traveling Exhibit
