CALL FOR PAPERS

If you are proposing a new invention or making a new theoretical claim, we prefer that the you have developed a working prototype of your invention or that you have well documented and repeatable experiments to prove your results for your claim. Our emphasis for paper selection will consistently be toward equipment that is actually built and working or experiments with good results.  Papers on speculative theories, conspiracies, and pure refutations of current physics are not pertinent to this conference.    We want tangible evidence in each case!  Demonstrations of built and working equipment are preferred over all other subjects. One of the more controversial topics involving Nikola Tesla is what became of many of his technical and scientific papers after he died in 1943. Just before his death at the height of World War II, he claimed that he had perfected his so-called "death beam." So it was natural that the FBI and other U.S. Government agencies would be interested in any scientific ideas involving weaponry.
